Offering full on the job training, they are looking for someone who is both logical and numerate with strong communication skills. Within the role you will be responsible for on-boarding contractors on a global basis, talking them through the payment process to ensure they are compliant and walking them through varying TAX, VAT rates within the country they are working in.
The ideal candidate will have exposure working internationally and any recruitment, contract management or payroll experience would be ideal. Languages would also be advantageous.
