Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech Company, London/Remote – £45,000pa (3 month FTC – likely to be extended)
My client are a global technology business going through rapid change and are looking for an immediately available Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Talent team. This role will be focussed purely on the delivery of high volume roles so experience in a similar position is an absolute must. They are open to agency or in-house experience, but you must have recruited in the technology space and on a global level, in particular across the US, India and South Africa.
Key requirements for the role also include exceptional LinkedIn Recruiter experience with the ability to headhunt, use key word searches, job posting and creating job descriptions. This is a super fast-paced environment where you will be liaising directly with key stakeholders and hiring managers on a daily basis. The ability to form trusting and solid relationships is key for this business. You will work closely with the Head of Recruitment and other Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver on the vacancies.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in global volume recruitment and has come from a fast-paced and changing environment. The contract will initially be 3 months but highly likely to be extended. They will require 2 days in their London office and the rest will be remote working.
