A global Media Agency is seeking a confident and switched on Operations Coordinator / Team Assistant to support their HR and Operations Team. A busy and varied role, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a vibrant, creative and cutting edge environment.
As an Ops Coordinator you will support the team with the following:
- HR – on-boarding, maintaining staff records and processing NDA’s
- IT – setting up all new starters, managing mobile network, deal with any enquiries
- Travel – book all travel and accommodation for the team including processing VISAs and tracking currency
- Finance – checking invoices,
- Ops – book meeting rooms ensuring they are fully equipped, ordering supplies, assisting with internal events and all accompanying administration and ad-hoc projects as they arise
