A wonderful opportunity for a Team Assistant has arisen to join this high street retailer within their Property Team. Working in their global head office you will working closely with the Property Executives with all aspect of property management, from coordinating the teams diary and travel arrangement, preparing PowerPoint presentation, along with producing board papers and reports, minuting meeting and being the general admin point for the team.
If you have previous support experience, along with excellent PowerPoint skills and good attention to detail and want a busy and fulfilling role within a super friendly environment, working for a company that really look after their staff this could be the ideal role for you.

Experience of successfully applying administrative skills in a corporate property environment, either in-company or within an agency or equivalent experience.
Strong MS Office skills along with a general understanding of Auto Cad and/or Property Management systems would be beneficial.
