Facilities Co-ordinator required for an exciting and dynamic Global Media Agency in London. Working within a fast-paced environment, this is a busy and varied role which requires someone super personable, switched on and capable of multi-tasking!
Working within a close-knit team, as a Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for daily floor walks, extensive meeting room configuration/management, H&S, reporting and tracking on maintenance needs and liaising/planning works with the external hard services team. A highly administrative role that requires someone with great planning and coordination skills.
Working across two sites, this is a great role for someone who enjoys a hand on role and is not desk bound! The perfect position for a true people’s person!
