We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to manage the reception area of a leading retailer. Based in their stylish corporate offices in the heart of Mayfair; you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and calls in to the company ensuring that all visitors and clients have a positive first impression of the business. You will also coordinate the movement of all visitors to the building in a professional and helpful manner as well as providing over flow administrative support to the Office Manager.
The successful candidate will have previous reception experience, taking pride in their work, with a professional and upbeat manner. You will enjoy going out of your way to help others and have experience working with the corporate world.
