The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the tenancy renewal department administering contracts, preparing paperwork, written and verbal communication with both landlords and tenants, servicing notices to tenants regarding the extension or termination of their existing tenancy agreements. This is a varied and challenging post that requires a confident communicator who enjoys a client facing post with plenty of telephone liaison, time management discipline, self management and team work.
