Well it’s not quite the start to 2021 that we hoped but the team at KMK would like to wish you all a very happy and prosperous new year!
We look forward to speaking with you soon and we’re here if you need any help or advice.
We couldn’t be more proud of Emily, a previous employee of KMK for launching her very own jewellery brand @makai_collective ✨ At the age of 18, Emily was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and this meant that her swollen joints stopped her from being able to wear certain rings and bracelets. After doing some research, Emily was able to invest in some sterling silver beads and @makai_collective was born. Emily began making pieces that were easy to put on, affordable and comfortable to wear. Alongside making her pieces for people online, she is passionate about spreading the awareness of invisible illnesses via her blog where she shares personal stories of inspiring women, providing a space for their voices be heard. Visit Emily’s page @makai_collective to follow Emily’s journey and support this amazing small business.
Well done and good luck Emily, such an inspiration!
We just wanted to put a short message out there to say we hope you are all staying safe and well. No-one could have expected these uncertain and sad times within a year that seemed, for so many was going to be so prosperous! However, with 2020 being one of the strangest and most difficult years that many have experienced and continue to fight through, we have found that human kindness has really helped us to move forward.
Thank you to all those who continue to work with us, for the time you give and the calls you take, just to have a friendly chat and swap ideas. We are so fortunate to have those relationships that we have built over the last 12 years with you all!
STAY SAFE and we are always here if you need us!
KMK would like to wish you all well in this state of emergency.
We also wanted to reach out and let you know that KMK is business as usual, albeit we are working from home. We appreciate that given the current covid-19 situation recruitment is being put on hold, but should you need us for any other advice or support please do get in touch. We also wanted to give thanks to our clients who have offered the opportunity for our temporary workers to work from home.
It’s a very unsettling and saddening time but by pulling together and listening to the right guidelines we are hopeful that people will stay safe and well.
Wishing you all the best and we hope to speak to you again soon.
The Team at KMK.

“Engaging, dependable with great account managers”
I find KMK Recruitment to be very engaging, dependable and high in integrity. Within all of the companies I have worked for I’ve continued to use KMK for their cross market knowledge and they have continued to identify several people for our company successfully. Additionally, when I have been in need of immediate short term staffing assistance; KMK was quick to help. The team are always efficient at their job and it’s a pleasure to recommend them as an accomplished recruiting agency. Amy, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, HR, Global PR
KMK are delighted and excited to be celebrating our 10 year anniversary this month.
In January 2009, in the midst of a recession and with Michele heavily pregnant, we took a leap of faith and have never looked back.
KMK would like to thank all of the people who have supported us over the years, from our clients and candidates to all of the girls who have helped building the KMK brand and made us the family we are today.
We have very much enjoyed the last ten years, seeing the recruitment business continuously changing and evolving and very much look forward to the next ten.
