Based in stunning offices with the flexibility to work from home, you will support a dynamic and close-knit team who focus on client care. They are looking for a candidate who is capable of managing a busy workload and possesses lots of initiative and common sense. The role is extremely varied, with tasks varying between the administration of internal client presentations, documents and reports, incoming and outgoing post, record keeping, gathering information from third parties, extensive diary management, client liaison and ad-hoc daily admin/PA support.
The successful candidate will have strong MS Office and administrative skills and experience (financial services knowledge is hugely desirable), excellent attention to detail and be meticulous with their grammar.
