Ledaership and Management Development Roundtable

We had the honour of having the incredible Jas Lall, specialist Leadership Development and Executive Coach, host our most recent roundtable event on this hot topic of 2025. During the breakfast we explored the “what”, “how” and the push/pull factors involved in developing managers and leaders in today’s world of work. We talked through real-world insights from Jas and guests were able to really connect and share experiences, gaining fresh perspectives and learning from one another.

Discussion topics included:

1. What are the key focus areas for managers and leaders today?
2. What learning methods and approaches can we use to support their success?
3. What factors are helping – or hindering – our efforts to effectively develop managers and leaders?
