My client are a fast-growing start-up who are looking for an experience Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team and lead a newly created team. You will have strong internal experience with a focus on technology recruitment being highly advantageous
Job Responsibility: The ability to deliver on roles, as well as lead on multiple projects and be involved in strategic elements of the talent acquisition function is crucial. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to build the function from scratch and work on multiple areas including:
– Employer brand
– Building a new ATS
– Designing and rolling out new recruitment processes
Requirements: The ideal candidate would have worked for a start-up/SME business before and understand the basics of working in a growing environment. Internal experience is a must. This role is currently remote with future offices to be London based. Get in touch today for more information.
