We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join an exciting start-up going through incredible growth. Based in their London office, you will be solely responsible for attracting global talent across their APAC regions and MUST have experience recruiting in these areas, in particular India, Egypt and Pakistan.
Job Responsibility: You will have in-house and technical recruitment experience at a senior level and ideally worked in a start-up or high-growth SME before. The role will include partnering with key stakeholders across countries to develop the best recruiting process and ensure fast and effective recruitment. You will manage full-cycle recruitment and partner with other Talent Acquisition Specialists across regions.
Requirements: The ability to influence hiring managers regarding selection and recruitment practice is key for this role.
