Exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to join a growing organisation during a period of change. We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Advisor to join a close-knit HR team of three. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle and the opportunity to make a real impact as the business continues to evolve.

Working closely with managers across the organisation, you will provide practical HR advice and support, helping to drive positive employee relations, engagement and organisational effectiveness during a transformative period.

Responsibilities
The Role As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for: • Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees • Managing employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters • Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities • Assisting with organisational change initiatives and HR projects • Supporting learning and development activities across the business • Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant and up to date • Producing HR reports and analysing people data to support decision-making • Contributing to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives • Working closely with the wider business to support continuous improvement and change programmes
Requirements
About You We are looking for a confident and adaptable HR professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have: • Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role • Strong employee relations experience • A good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities • A CIPD qualification, or currently studying towards one, would be advantageous
