My client are a leading communications consultancy who are looking for an experienced HR Director to join and lead the People team. A business who has undergone tremendous change for the past 18 months, you will be experienced in transformation and change in an SME business and have extensive experience working with c-suite.
Reporting directly into the COO, you will lead the People team in focussing on multiple projects including culture change, employee engagement, wellbeing and attrition. You will be highly strategic and have experience in building and rolling out new HR strategy and working with multiple partners. Leadership coaching is also key and experience of this is crucial.
