Interim Technical Recruiter
My client are a Series A funded Fintech business who are about to go through high-growth and are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to come on board and join their team for an initial 4 month contract. You must understand the challenges of working in a high-growth business and be able to demonstrate previous experience. Ideally you will be able to start immediately.
This role will lead on all hires across technology and product and cover the full recruitment process. You will also be involved in helping build a recruitment strategy and working closely with the Head of People to create new policies and processes.
A big focus will be on direct hiring, so you will receive a competitive bonus per direct hire made so there is the potential to make a substantial amount on top of your day rate. Internal experience is a MUST, with proven ability to partner well with key stakeholders and hiring managers, to coach best practice and advise on all matters talent.
As well as the ability to deliver on vacancies, you will also have the opportunity to bring in innovative ideas to help them stand out in the market.
Previous experience in a SaaS start-up or a scaling/high growth engineering-led business is needed for this role.
