You will be responsible in supporting the growth across EMEA and focussing on sourcing, interviewing and hiring the best talent across multiple countries. You will be working on hiring for new store openings across EMEA and building talent pipelines for unique and tough to hire roles.
- Recommending effective recruitment processes and strategies for multiple key markets, monitoring competitor activity and managing costs
- Flagging risks to recruitment timelines and recommending effective actions Utilising your market knowledge to increase internal referrals for positions, headhunting and online CV searching
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple offices
- Localising assessment centres with interview scripts and formats
- Gathering and monitoring recruitment data and present back to stakeholders
- Writing localised European job advertisements for both internal and external communication channels
