Technical Recruiter - Start-up
My client are a fast-growth technology start-up who are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join their London team. You will be part of a growing function and office, with a proven track record of working in end to end recruitment. Internal recruitment experience is a must.
You will be responsible for volume recruitment across the technology space including product and engineering. The ability to build a strong pipeline and network of candidates is crucial for this role. They are a business whose stakeholders need support and you must have the ability to coach and advice them on what the business needs, particularly the CTO and VP of Engineering. As a business going through lots of change, patience and push back is key, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business. You will be able to hit the ground running to deliver on all vacancies and will be exceptional at finding both skills and culture fit across different teams in the business.
Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will also be able to assist with updating the ATS, partnering with key stakeholders and optimising their recruitment processes and initiatives.
You must have either internal recruitment experience with a strong network of candidates within the technology space.
