Our client, a leading global retailer, is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their prestigious Chairman’s Office. This role will work alongside three Senior Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to the Chairman, CPPO, and Finance Executives, ensuring the smooth running of critical operations at the heart of the business.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the Chairman’s Office team to maximise efficiency and organisation. Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings, calls, and events with senior stakeholders globally. Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and medical requirements. Organise in-person and virtual events for small and large groups, sourcing venues within budget. Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Act as a gatekeeper for the CPPO, filtering calls and requests with professionalism. Provide support to Non-Executive Directors and other senior PAs as required.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a PA or in team support roles. Highly organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively. Exceptional communication skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders. Strong international diary and travel management experience. Advanced IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
