Client Services Consultant
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work within the property world for a leading high end Property Company as a Client Services Consultant.
A proactive approach is key in this role and although the company does not drive a ”hard sale culture” connecting with potential clients by making calls not waiting for the phone to ring, whilst always remaining professional.
Based in their Richmond Head Office you will liaise and assist existing clients, potential clients and applicants to promote the services of the company and schedule valuations with property consultants nationwide.
They are looking for an enthusiastic person to join this busy sales team and initiative is key!. Primarily you will be organising mailouts, applicant chasing and liaising with our clients all with a view to generate more business and expand market share.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner. • Sales background beneficial. • Knowledge of London. • Good organisational and multi tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. • IT skills - ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel essential. • Target driven and career focused. • Drive and determination with a strong work ethic • Attention to detail
