EA support: Providing support to the CEO and other C-Suite Executives with all administration support to include global diary and travel arrangement, producing detailed itineraries, processing expenses and producing reports.
Office Management: You will be the “go to” person for the day to day running of the office in London ensuring that the office is looked after, snacks and drinks are replenished and any employee queries are dealt with in a positive manner. You will be the first point of contact for all UK office queries, liaising with employees, landlords and third party suppliers to provide an excellent London office experience. Manage all office related admin requirements efficiently, professionally and in a timely way, e.g. health & safety matters.
Employee Events: Establish and coordinate a UK culture committee which will include managing the annual budget to plan and deliver social and engagement activities, including DE&I and wellbeing initiatives. Support and coordinate the detailed planning and organisation of UK employee events, e.g. annual Sales Kick Off and Senior Leadership Forum. You will also support the Head of Engagement and Internal Comms on the planning and management of global engagement campaigns and activities.
