Our client, a City based Insurance Firm is looking for a graduate with some office experience to join their team as an Operations Assistant, working closely with the Operations Director providing administration support across the company. This role involves a high volume of data and excel work, producing reports and understanding market trends, so a strong analytical mind set is important.
Working in this small team of 26ppl, you must be a true team player who enjoys supporting across the business and being the go to person for administration task. Full training will be given, however they need someone who is a self-starter, has common sense and can use their initiative to solve any problems.
