We are excited to be working with this City based Asset Management House who are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator to support the Human Capital Function within the business. Reporting into the Head of Human Capital, the main purpose of this role is to support the function by efficiently handling the onboarding, offboarding, employee life cycle, and data management. You will be the first point of contact for employee queries, including benefit administration, and you will also be responsible for data reporting alongside the finance team.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
• Enter and maintain employee life cycle changes in the system.
• Provide system support and prepare data for key annual processes, such as leave management and performance reviews.
• Handle system queries and collaborate with the Human Capital Project team on product releases and testing.
• Assist with monthly reporting and create reports as needed, including ad hoc data requests.
• Process benefit-related invoices and other Human Capital payment requests and general administration.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Co-ordinate monthly and annual benefit and payroll related changes and communicate with the payroll team.
• Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process, including benefit administration changes.
• First point of contact for employee queries
• Address and process general benefit queries from employees and service providers.
Requirements
You should consider applying if you have: • 2+ years of previous experience in HR Administration or HR Operations. • An ability to multi-task effectively and maintain attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy in work. • A strong enthusiasm for technology and be capable of utilising it to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
