Learning and Development Administrator
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator to join this rapidly expanding Global Beauty Brand. Based in their stunning West End offices, the role will be supporting the L&D team with all scheduling and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the L&D function.
Duties will include but not be limited to: • Take instruction on all admin and training uploads to our LMS and communicate accordingly • Assist within project management; co-ordination, planning and communications linked to implementation of new performance management system working closely with their supplier • Help to ensure all training tools, templates and resources are readily available to teams and in a timely manner • Help to coordinate Learning & Inclusion programme activity with in collaboration with the L&D Partner
The Person: • Solid administrative experience ideally within in an L&D environment. • Experience within a fast paced and high growth environment • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively • Experience working with People systems and project management • Pro-active and able to work off your own initiative as well as part of a team • Methodical, logical, organised and calm under pressure • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
