Office Assistant/Travel Coordinator
Our client, a global environmental business, is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team of 35ppl in their City office. As the Office Assistant you will work closely with the Office Manager to assist with the day to day running of the office and be responsible for all global travel management.
A key part of the role will be coordinating all the global travel plans for the company, including flights, visa’s, accommodation and liaising with the corporate travel agent. You will also help with basic finance, processing expenses, produce reports and other ad-hoc admin duties and projects. You will act as social secretary helping organise social events (in-person and on-line) and keeping the office community alive.
The right person will have the ability to handle pressure, multiple tasks and unpredictable workload. You will be a pro-active self-starter with a polite and helpful manner; a good all round team player. You will have a warm and engaging manner, be confident to work with staff at all levels and manage external relationships professionally. As well as being reliable, conscientious and possessing good organisational and communication skills, you must have previous office experience to include booking global travel and visa’s is a must. Hours are 9- 5pm, with flexible working.
