Office Coordinator

Office Coordinator - Global Trading Technology Firm, Liverpool Street - A great role to learn and develop in. Immediate start, temp-perm role, £12.00 per hour working within a close-knit and friendly team.

Job Responsibilities

Your day:-

  • Office management duties
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet guests, notify security desk of arrival of all visitors
  • Help coordinate food orders, as needed
  • Ordering office supplies and keeping them neat and orderly, replenishing as needed
  • Facilities
  • Manage all incoming deliveries and shipping 
  • Fire and health code compliance
  • Management of overall office organisation, cleanliness, and style
  • Daily admin tasks

Requirements

They person:-

  • Articulate communicator 
  • Experience using Excel and Google Docs
  • Someone who is organised and has fantastic time management
  • A sense of humour
