Responsibilities

🚀 The role This isn’t your typical admin position. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running seamlessly— working closely with the Facilities Manager and back office teams! Duties:

Front-of-house and office coordination Meeting and event organisation Presentation creation Supporting senior stakeholders Supporting accounts Facilities management  Events Ad-hoc projects

Requirements

Previous admin or reception experience is a bonus, but personality, enthusiasm, and attitude are what really count here.
