Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Managing a professional reception and switchboard service, ensuring all internal and external visitors have a positive experience • Complete meeting room and hot desk management, to include all refreshment for meetings • Complete management of the day to day running of the office ensuring facilities are safe and secure, being the go-to person for any internal facilities queries • Adherence to H&S requirements, ensuring appropriate training of fire wardens, first aiders and maintaining emergency evacuation procedures • Be the first point of contact for the building management team, communicating with regards to all building issues • Overseeing 3rd party services including statutory testing, cleaning contractors and other supplier partners • Maintenance of suppliers’ contracts ensuring they are compliant and renewed appropriately • Control and monitor costs, to include efficient processing of supplier invoices • Lead the operations of the relocation project ensuring that the building services are setup from day 1, the move management is completed successfully
