PA / Office Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join this high end luxury interiors company. Working closely with the founder you will provide full administration support, this fully hybrid role will require the role to work on-sire 3 days a week and 2 days remotely.

The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, be friendly and a peoples person by nature, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritise various daily tasks at a time. A strong ability to take charge and multi-task will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. Relationship building with clients and suppliers is a crucial part of this role and should therefore come naturally to the candidate. A passion for the interior/furniture sector is not essential, albeit you should be willing or interested to learn and build on knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities • Provide general administration support to the company • Handle and coordinate Managing Director’s diary • Provide some personal support to the Managing Director including basic errands time to time • Schedule and confirm show room appointments (incl. meet and greet in the show room answering any queries) • Ensure digital file organisation based on showroom protocol • Basic book-keeping using cloud-based accounting software Xero (incl. raising/uploading sales invoices and credit notes) • Support and manage the customer enquiries and order process from start to finish • Provide ad hoc support around the showroom as needed • Managing all social media, basic website content management using Word Press when required as well as assisting with Marketing campaigns • Providing IT support and working with the company’s third party support provider • Support company exhibition events alongside the Managing Director

Requirements

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years’ experience • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask and problem solve • Attention to detail and accuracy of administration input • Can work well under pressure • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based storage software (Dropbox)
