PA / Team Assistant
We have a great opportunity for an experienced PA/Team Assistant to join this leading City based Asset Management Firm. Initially a 12 month maternity contract, you will support the MD of European Client Group and the Business Development Director, two great leaders who require full PA support to help them with their busy schedules. Experience of Salesforces is essential for this role as you will assist with the recording and updating of all client information, you will also provide light cover for the wider team as and when they require.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Full diary & travel management for the Europe Client Group Managing Director & Business Director • General administrative Support • Assist the team in maintaining SalesForce, ensuring that key client information is stored in the database • Managing the expense processing and records • Acting as the first point of contact for general and administrative queries for the team • Working closely with other team assistants within the business • Assist with team / sales events when required • Assist with project work as and when required
You must have a minimum of three years PA/team support experience, gained from within a demanding and fast pace, professional services environment (ideally within financial services) but most importantly you must have working knowledge of SalesForce along with excellent people skills.
Hours 9-5pm – some flexi working!
