Duties will include:
• Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Directors including extensive diary and email management.
• Provide extensive support for all Directors’ meetings by collating meeting information, developing agendas, taking minutes, and driving actions on behalf of the Directors.
• Responsible for overseeing progress on Company Objectives; providing regular updates to the MD and FD on Company KPI’s, including designing presentations for relevant meetings.
• Liaising with the Directors to ensure all statutory and compliance submissions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with Estate Strategy Planning by providing administrative support, liaising with key external stakeholders, and helping to establish planning workflows.
• Co-ordinating regular catch ups for the Directors with their teams.
• Drive and develop more regular communications within their teams to aid resourcing and staffing decisions.
• Ensure all appraisals are scheduled with the relevant follow ups passed on.
• Assisting with any tenders, improvements and investigations as required.
• Contributing to ad hoc projects including research, analysis, data inputting and assisting with report generation.
• Credit card holder for any ad hoc finance and property related purchases that fall outside of the purchase order process.
• Provide meeting administration; setting up meetings, refreshments, greeting visitors.
