Part-time Receptionist / Office Assistant x 2
Our client, a Global Environmental Business, is looking for two Part-Time Receptionist/Office Assistants to join their team of 35ppl in their City office, working either 2 or 3 days per week 9-5pm.
As the Receptionist/ Office Assistant you will work closely with the Office Manager to assist with the day to day running of the office. Based on reception you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner as well as manage any meeting room bookings. Working closely with the Office Manager you will complete floor walks to ensure the office is kept tidy and any maintenance issues are flagged, ensure that all supplies are kept in stock as well as managing any post, printing or couriers. You will also provide overflow PA and administrative support to Directors and other team members.

Previous office experience is essential for this role
Hours 9-5pm, 2/3 days a week.
