Project Manager + Shoot Producer
We have a unique opportunity for a talented Project Manager + Shoot Producer to join this global beauty brand to support in the growth of their digital & social channels! The right person will have a deep understanding of brand purpose, the beauty industry, and working across multiple teams in an organisation. This role will see you working across a variety of creative projects, to include managing our key social accounts / projects supporting the business.
Role Accountabilities: • Participate and understand cross-functional activities across brand campaigns, 360 marketing launches, PR, events, tutorials, social content, digital + social content, and e-comm shoots ensuring key personnel are included when required. • Gather briefs from internal teams and manage the master calendar ensuring the talent is scheduled and understand the briefs and expectations • Pre-production for the above activations to lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings with relevant teams, such as kickoffs and deliverable reviews. • Coordinating shoot schedules, compiling call sheets, (where applicable: sourcing locations/studios and optioning crew & hiring equipment) • All NPD, brushes and equipment etc is ordered in a timely manner ahead of each shoot/activation • Structuring projects and devising efficient processes • Work closely with our in-house creative team and production • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams • Responsible for all POs, credit card expenses, vendor and other contract documents • Report on resourcing and budgeting • Budget management, including review of actual expense • Scope tracking (timing, deliverables); if a change occurs, planning what can be done in scope and what can’t • Schedule management, ensuring inter-departmental teams know timing for meetings, milestones, deliverables & completion
Project Wrap • Ensure all working and final project assets and contracts are signed, and consolidated, in appropriate folders and shared documents on Dropbox • Sign off on project expenses from Finance • Ensure all project wrap documents are done by appropriate team members (completion reports)
You will have 5 years of experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital space . previous budget development and contract writing experience ● Strong communication skills ● A strong understanding of processes, including creative planning and production ● A cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment ● Strong self-awareness and people-management skills ● Proficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides) ● Experience using Dropbox, and project management tools such as Trello
You will be in regular communication with key personnel, the ability to build relationship and communicate in a concise manner is key.
