Responsibilities
🎉 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be one of two dynamic receptionists keeping our front-of-house operations running smoothly — and looking flawless! Your day-to-day will include: Giving a warm, professional welcome to clients, investors, and visitors (you’re the first impression – and the best!). Keeping our reception area spotless, stylish, and stocked. Managing calls like a pro – smooth, swift, and always friendly. Owning post, deliveries, and couriers like a logistics wizard. Booking and prepping meeting rooms, sorting out AV, and coordinating catering with flair. Helping set up elegant board dinners alongside our amazing catering team. Keeping stationery stocked and printers purring. Liaising with building management for maintenance bits and bobs. Taking charge of Health & Safety – Fire Warden and First Aider duties included! Overseeing safety procedures, audits, and keeping our workplace secure. Managing offsite storage, confidential waste, and vendor relationships (flowers, cleaners, newspapers, you name it!). Supporting the Head of Internal Operations with day-to-day office magic. Jumping into ad hoc admin tasks and projects as needed — every day is different!
Requirements
✨ Who You Are You’ve got the sparkle, the smarts, and the skills to thrive in a busy, professional environment. We’re looking for someone who is: Super friendly, approachable, and polished. Experienced in front-of-house roles (bonus if it’s corporate!). Naturally organised and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Confident with Microsoft Outlook and the rest of the MS Office gang. Clear and professional in both spoken and written communication. Comfortable interacting with high-level stakeholders — with charm and confidence. A multitasking master with great attention to detail. Proactive, dependable, and full of can-do energy. A calm problem-solver who rolls with the punches. Discreet, trustworthy, and a true team player.
