This leading Investment firm with over £900 million of assets is currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy and super engaging team. You will join a team of 4 administrators who support the wider team of 45, you will support them with all their client administration.

This role offers a complete hybrid working pattern, 4 days from home and 1 in the office.

Duties will include but not be limited to: • Managing the teams inbox actioning points and chasing follow ups.
• Data Champion for the department supporting both the internal and regional Business Development Managers • Ongoing management of the CRM system (Salesforce) by completing updates and fulfilling requirements to produce in-depth and accurate reporting • Producing daily activity and pipeline reports for the management team and Business Development Managers • Manipulation of data, extracting data from Salesforce and presenting this on Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations, using graphs and other tools when required • Generate client specific illustrations for the Business Development Managers to share with clients directly • Managing the agenda and taking minutes for our weekly Sales & Marketing meeting • Working with the Marketing and Strategic Partner teams to manage events • Analyse data from events and other sources, importing this into Salesforce • Review and streamline internal processes for the Sales and Marketing team

Due to the nature of the information you are dealing with first class attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
