Team Assistant

As the Team Secretary you will work as part of the admin function providing a first- class administration service. You will manage a busy workload and be able to communicate effectively with the Admin Manager, Shareholders, Surveyors and fellow Team Secretaries to ensure all work is completed on time and communicated back to the relevant teams as necessary.

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing diary, travel and meeting management for the team
  • Formatting and managing reports
  • Copy typing and digital dictation
  • Setting up new instructions
  • Managing the CRM System
  • General ad-hoc administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the team


The right person will have the ability to handle pressure, multiple tasks and unpredictable workload. You will be a pro-active self-starter with a polite and helpful manner; a good all round team player. You will have a warm and engaging manner, be confident to work with staff at all levels and manage external relationships professionally. As well as being reliable, conscientious and possessing good organisational and communication skills, you must have previous office experience to include booking global travel and visa’s is a must. Hours are 9- 5pm, with flexible working.
