Team Assistant required to join a market leading property consultancy firm who really invest in their staff. The role is supporting the CMT which is the hub of the business and is home to HR, Finance, I.T, Compliance, and Marketing & Business Development. You will provide administrative support and assistance to the CMT and the Managing Partner’s EA by assisting with diary management, PowerPoint presentations and logistical tasks.

As a Team Assistant the role requires a highly organised, strong communicator with excellent listening skills who can grasp the CMT’s needs and support them accordingly with a proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities
Daily duties: • Manage complex and challenging diaries • Organising external meetings and calls with clients and contacts • Organise travel arrangements • Respond to invites on behalf of the team • Point of contact and liaison for wider firm • Processing expenses/mileage claims for the team • Preparing presentation and other materials, including PowerPoint presentations • Help organise seminars, client or staff entertainment and other events when required • Provide cover for the MP’s EA when they are away • All accompanying tasks and admin as required
Requirements

You: • Strong MS Office skills • Strong organisation and communication skills • Good typing skills and attention to detail • Experience of supporting a team • A strong administrator with a hard-working ethic, great personality and good sense of humour who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team
