An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Head of Global and three EMEA Directors within a leading, international real estate investment firm. Based in their vibrant West End office (circa 350 people), you’ll be joining a tight-knit, social team of 12 where training, development, and collaboration are central to their culture.

What You’ll Do:
Manage complex global travel arrangements, including visa coordination, accommodation, itineraries, and expenses. Organise and prepare for meetings: create agendas, compile briefing documents, take minutes, and track action items. Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and global clients. Support event planning and logistics for internal training, conferences, client events, and roadshows. Assist in onboarding new team members across EMEA Capital Markets. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Provide administrative and project support, including research, reporting, and presentation prep. Proactively streamline processes to improve team efficiency. Manage Directors’ expenses and liaise with internal departments (IT, Finance, HR, Operations) as needed.
Who You Are:
A confident and personable PA with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. A diary and travel management expert, with a proven ability to handle ever-changing schedules and priorities. Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive — not afraid to push back when necessary. A strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
