Team PA
TA fast‑growing, yet well established, property developer is seeking an exceptional Team PA to support senior leadership and ensure the smooth running of a busy, collaborative workplace.
This organisation is known for creating innovative, sustainable developments across mixed‑use, regeneration, workplace, and life sciences sectors, and for integrating placemaking and community engagement into every project.
This is a varied and dynamic role providing support to a passionate, high‑performing team. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, coordinate internal processes, manage the day‑to‑day office environment, and play a key role in planning events and engaging with external stakeholders.
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: c.£45,000 depending on experience Hybrid working: Primarily office-based with one remote working day per week Pension and life assurance ClassPass credit allowance 25 days’ annual leave + birthday leave + bank holidays + office closure between Christmas and New Year Paid volunteering leave
The Role
The Team PA will provide proactive executive support and act as an organisational linchpin across the wider team. Responsibilities include:
Executive & Team Support
High‑quality PA support to senior leadership, including diary management and meeting coordination Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation Providing project administration support across multiple teams
Stakeholder Coordination
Acting as a key point of contact for investors, consultants, and external partners Managing professional and timely communication across projects Coordinating meetings and ensuring all logistics and materials are in place
Events
Planning and delivering internal and external events such as team days, project milestones, the annual away day, and seasonal events Supporting the company’s presence at major industry conferences
Office Management
Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring an efficient, welcoming environment Liaising with building management, managing room bookings, visitor coordination, and facilities support Managing office supplies and identifying opportunities to enhance workplace efficiency Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PA or team support position (property sector experience advantageous) Outstanding organisational skills and strong attention to detail Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities calmly Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint) Comfortable adopting new technologies and AI tools
