Office Manager (Part-Time) Tues – Thurs | London (Hybrid across 2 sites) Global Media Tech Company

A super dynamic, fast-expanding, and well-established global Media Tech Company is on the lookout for a proactive and personable Part-Time Office Manager to join their London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture. You’ll be based across two unique London locations — one a privately-owned office and the other within a serviced space — offering you great variety and scope in your role.

About the Role

As the go-to person for all things office-related, you’ll be the beating heart of our workspace operations. Working closely with a sociable, creative, and high-energy team, you’ll ensure both sites run like clockwork. Whether it’s welcoming guests, managing supplies, or liaising with external vendors, your role will be crucial in keeping everything (and everyone!) moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the first point of contact for all office-related queries Oversee the smooth running of both offices on a day-to-day basis Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management (especially for the serviced site) Organise and support internal events, team socials, and staff initiatives Support onboarding of new starters, including desk set-up and welcome packs Maintain health & safety and ensure compliance across both sites Handle incoming post and deliveries Assist with light administrative duties when required

Requirements

YOU:

Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar operations role Friendly, approachable, and a natural people-person A true multi-tasker who thrives in fast-paced environments Confident working independently across multiple locations Able to anticipate needs and take initiative
