Collaborate with the People Team and our “Chief Fun Officers” on events and initiatives. Coordinate logistics for workshops, large meetings, and major events such as London Climate Action Week — including travel, accommodation, room setups, and catering.
📝 Administrative Support
Work closely with Executive Assistants to keep processes aligned. Provide admin support across scheduling, expenses, record‑keeping, and travel coordination. Manage logistics for internal and external events. Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely responses. Keep data accurate across our systems (HubSpot CRM, Asana). Support small projects and ad‑hoc tasks that help the organisation run smoothly.
